Studies On The Conversion Between Sampling Frequencies Of Modern Base-Station

The development aim of modern Base-Station is Software Defined Radio (SDR), and digital receive and transmit is the foundation of SDR Base-Station. Now . it is very difficult to realize digital RF, but we can realize digital IF .Digital IF mainly include: Digital up convert(DUC^ Digital down convert(DDC), A/TK D/A and Number control oscillator (NCO) .Sampling frequencies conversion is a very important part in digital IF. This thesis analyze different cases where the sampling rate ratio is integer, rational, and irrational, in which the emphases is the irrational case.The filter design is the key of sampling frequencies conversion system . In this thesis , some traditional methods are introduced , such as , window method and frequency sampling method . And some optimal design of FIR digital filter are researched . such as , linear programming design , Least Squares Design .
