Under the demand of thermal imaging system developing ,one effective way of computer simulation which can be used in the infrared imaging systems to analysis and evaluate its performance is found.Class with the object in the computer simulation for the researchering project is defined. On the base of the theoretical analysis , the mathematical models to test the static performance of thermal imaging systems through comparison is established. Applying Delphi and database, datum inputting, static performance calculating , results outputting and documents managing mix together. one integrated software package formed can reach visibleconvenient effect of operation.The accomplished program analysis some typical thermal imaging systems?performance ,such as Front Launching Infrared System, medical thermal imaging system and so on, whose modulate transfer function (MTF) and Noise equivalent temperature difference (NETD) of the data table and graph is within 10% ?20% error than the outdoors experimentation抯 datum. It basically obtained the thesis demand to replace the outdoors experiments and meet the requirement for using and second researching.
