A frame of the CAD system of the detailed design of Mirco-Irrigation project, which includes some modules about drawings hydraulic design and making material table automatically, is built by using the secondary developing tools of AutoCAD 2000 ?ObjectARX based on the designing rules of Mirco-Irrigation project associating with the characteristics of computer. And the CAD software , which is based on the frame and named MJRRJ_CAD ,has been applied to the detailed design procedure of Mirco-Irrigation project In this research , the part of drawing in the detailed design of Mirco-Jrrigation project is studied in depth. The data model of the pipe with information on it is established and there out the information channel between graphics entity and system of hydraulic design is built. The icon library is constructed and the processing functions are written to insert device into pipe- net logically by utilizing the AutoCAD抯 edit mechanism and the functionality of C. By using this function, The attribute information of graphics entities can be extracted automatically and material table can be made automatically, too. On the base of the designing rules of pipe- net of Mirco-Irrigation project~ the hydraulic calculating program, which is associated with the outcome of the hydraulic design up to data and can be fit for some kinds of Mirco-Irrigation system, is made by using advanced math module of hydraulic calculation and the traditional method of hydraulic design. Modules including dividing irrigation volume, calculating system flux~ pressure adjusting pipe design, are produced and integrated with hydraulic calculating modules to become a whole hydraulic design system. In MIRRI_CAD system, the difference among designers on design experience is considered in process of designing the project. Under the condition of ensuring the design efficiency and design precision, MJRRI_CAD system can provide any aid function including inquiring the attribute information of graphics entities in the plane laying plan of the system anytime, and inquiring design documents. Each module in MIRRI_CAD system can work as a part of the system and can work individually. The author抯 research production has been put into practice and improved the design efficiency and design precision in micro-irrigation project obviously. The author抯 research work build up the foundation for the deep research on Mirco-Irrigation in China, and has practical value to the CAD study on the other types of irrigation system.
