The upper PC communication software is developed by the object oriented programming-Visual Basic, MSComm are being used to accomplish serial communication; Finally, the system designed for the production of micro-irrigation sprinkler manufacturers to conduct tests and concluded.Finally, the thesis was summarized, the main work that the thesis completed was introduced, the main characteristics and the significance was explained, at the same time ,the shortage and the improved idea was pointed out and the preparation was made for the further research in future.
