Research On The Administration Of Cultural Heritage In China

This paper makes in-depth study on cultural heritage undertaking administration in China. According to the study, it is beneficial to the sustainable growth of cultural heritage career in China that the problems in the course of the cultural heritage construction are properly dealt with and that measures in accordance with the rules of cultural heritage development are adopted. Under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping抯 building socialism with Chinese characteristics theory, the paper illustrates the definitions, scopes and relevant theories of cultural heritage and its administration; analyses the history and present situation of cultural heritage administration dialectically with the basic theories of subjects as management, administration and cultural heritage. Meanwhile, the paper discusses the solutions to the main contradictions effecting and constraining cultural heritage development; looks for measures to strengthen cultural heritage administration in face of the opportunities, problems and new situations on the background of socialist market economy. In conclusion, to strengthen the administration of cultural heritage in China, we should, on the premise of social benefit and proper preservation of cultural heritages, take the following steps: reforming the administration operation system at present, renewing traditional concepts of the concerned management structure, advancing new ideas of strengthening cultural heritage administration, realizing the multiplicity of investment, and seeking for perfect combination of both social and financial benefits. In this course, further improvement of concerned legal system is the initiatory point, development is the subject, system adjustment is the main route, system creation and reform deepening are the impetuses.
