Combining with my own practice, the author states the skill of exploiting and methods in Device Programs under the circumstances of Win98. And all of the methods which described in the paper are mainly in allusion to the equipments of J/Q.In virtue of the universality of the use of the system of Win98 and its fine performance in practice, all of the examples are programmed in the circumstances of Win98. Yet for all the systems of Windows are coherent in the field of skill, the methods of the paper carried are universal and applicable. The author tried at large length exploring the application and the principles of mechanism of Windows98 and explored some methods in programming some Device Programs in the circumstances of Win98. We also explored the mechanism of running some applications as well. Firstly this paper mainly focuses on the operation of I/O in the system of Windows, and it does not deal with the operation of the equipment of DMA etc. Secondly to accommodate with the development of network, this paper discusses some latest technology of remote control that is based on the equipment of CORBA. And the author has already stated some concrete methods of CORBA. In virtue of the limit of the author knowledge, many aspects are still not involved. Some of the problems are not stated clearly, and even some mistakes may occur in the paper. It will be appreciated for all the specialist's pointing out mistakes to be corrected.
