| The system of Arbitrary Waveform Generator and its software designing based on Direct Digital Synthesizer (DDS) technology have been discussed in detail. A theoretical analysis of the system performance is also given.The basic conception of Direct Digital Synthesizer has been dealt with at the beginning, on the basis of which a scheme has been put forward and the output waveforms of the Arbitrary Waveform Generator have been analyzed qualitatively or quantitatively in spectrum zone.Finally, on the base of the system scheme and the main channel of the Arbitrary Waveform Generator, the circuit of micro processor, the circuit of peripheral interface and the system software have been designed,.
