A Research Of Mechanical Part 3-D Modeling Technology & Information Integrated Technology In The Whole System Designing

Equipment Manufacturing (EM) is the basic part of a country抯 industry . Numeral Control Machine is the fundamental element of the EM. High speed, high efficiency and high precision has been the main developing trend of NC machine tools. To follow this trend, the designing and manufacturing technology of NC has to be improved.Base on the tread of thinner wall and lighter moving part, a theory of designing NC is introduced in this paper, it is a new modeling method called 揻eature model based on middle plane? This software will take a revolution to the designing of NC by it抯 rapid modeling speed and high optimization efficiency.During the designing of this system, I have done the following:1.Finished designing the algorithm. Then I have also finished the software programming on this theory. The paper show the whole process by a example of creating the 2-D engineering drawings of principal axis box in the VMS-500 NC machine center.2.Following the deep study to the revolution of system of linear equations in the real field, it is introduced of the revolution adopted coming from the idea of processing complex as a whole to the system of linear system in the complex field. It efficiently cut the time used on revolution the system of linear equations in the complex field.3.By studying the Fortran language in the Microsoft Power Station, the traditional DOS interface Fortran software is transferred to the modem Windows graphic interface environment. Then the institute of using in the other抯 environment between Fortran and VC has been finished during my graduate period.
