Research On The Management Information System Of Electric-Communication Net Based On 3W

Starting from the general formation of the electricconununication net, this paper analyses the practical structureof electric conununication net on district level, and adopts WEBtechnique based on the 3W model, and puts foruard a new approachof multi--level management to electric conununication net and hasdesigned an electric communicat ion net management informat ionsystem which applys to practical management of production. Tocompare with similar system, its advantage is that this systemis capable to have direct management to the conununicationequiPthents, special circuits, general circuits, the way toconnect circuits and the way to distribute frequency which areinvolved in the conununication net. It has really realized theautomation of production management to the electriccommuni cat ion net.
