Fields of Multimedia Database being used have enlarged, so interoperability between Relation Database (RDB) and Multimedia Database (MDB) is needed, especially in emulation visualization of forces field. But multimedia data of Multimedia Database (MDB) have much different in style with relationship data, for example its time character and space character, we can not use the same interoperability between them like we have be used once in different Relation Databases. To solve interoperability of Multimedia Database and Relation Database, this paper presents a global data model based on hypermedia model. It supports Node and Link user defined data type that be used to describe multimedia data and relationship of this data model, application can access data in MDB and RDB within this data model in the same method, although these two databases are different in model. This paper describe the model formal in detail, and describe define, operation and control language of the model, furthermore this paper introduces an implement of prototype system according to model define. At the end of paper, a demonstration is also introduced, which is developed to demonstrate the right of this model. This paper show that the model can be used in many fields, for example emulation visualization of forces field.
