The research development relies on enormously the related data analysis. As one precious resources, the scientific data have the vital role in impelling the quantitative research and the pattern research, knew the complex system, impelling the social economy to be progressive, coordinating the relations of scientific research institution. Scientific data sharing achieved the mutual recognition in the scientific circle. This is reason of this project research.After researching and analyzing the plan of each scientific data sharing project, this article proposed one kind the global database model which is fit for the Zhengzhou scientific data sharing based on the actual situation of Zhengzhou. It makes many heterogeneous databases and distribution scientific database to be a distributing global database system, which is distributed in the physics and is unifies in the logic. It has defined its four levels of patterns structure and three levels of reflections functions based on relation database theory. The scientific data producer control conveniently, independently, paid, safely shares own partial or the complete data .The data consumer lands the website of Zhengzhou science and technology bureau, and can use "one-stop" work style of data inquiry service.This article emphatically elaborated two stages that the concept pattern of the global database realizes local database shared resource, which maps mutually in the exterior pattern of local database and the concept pattern of the global database. Regarding first stage, it has first determined the shared resource of the local database, then design the mapping function which is from the exterior pattern of local database to the concept pattern of the global database. Regarding second stage, this essence of this stage is the data inquiry. The article divides it into two questions of the question of one database and one table and the question of the multi-databases and multi- tables. To first question, it transforms this question as the inquiry of single-point view of the global database, has designed its algorithm of inquiry and the flow of inquiry. To second question, it transforms this question as multi-view inquiry of the global database, has designed its strategy analysis and the optimization of inquiry, the flow of inquiry, the processing method of unification of heterogeneous data format, the synchronized mechanism and synthesis processing of different point of databases.
