PE curriculum reform is the core of school PE reform and the dynamic mechanism of PE curriculum development and change. It was an important part of the work of high school PE curriculum reform that the curriculum reform of high school PE education happened in 2008 in Shanxi Province. The success of PE curriculum reform relates to not only the new course experimental work smoothly, but also the full development of high school students. High school PE curriculum reform is a major event which needs the whole society to participate in.The study was based on documentary, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, and logical reasoning methods. Through access to documentary and understanding of the academic front of the high school PE curriculum reform , and in the foundation of the preparation of the exerts questionnaire which has extensively solicited opinions from the relevant experts and a random sampling method, a questionnaire survey has been conducted on grade one of Shanxi high PE teachers and the students. The use of Excel and SPSS13.0 package of effective descriptive statistical analysis of the questionnaire, factor analysis, chi-square test etc. were also used in the research. And the results as follows:The results are as follows:1. Students of PE evaluation is a "top priority" in Shanxi Province, High School student evaluation methods, PE teachers on student achievement assessment methods, evaluation of school PE curriculum in the form of learning, great changes have taken place, Shanxi High School Students Learning Evaluation of evaluation has been diversified, but the PE learning assessment system in Shanxi Province are not well constructed. It is a focus to construct physical characteristics of Shanxi learning assessment system in the future for middle school PE courses in Shanxi Province.2.In Shanxi Province, the understanding and acceptance about PE curriculum reform is passive rather than active, student awareness of the new curriculum have the occurrence of certain changes than sports PE curriculum reform before, but it is difficult to consolidate the results of a certain degree. Reform to improve student understanding and acceptance of future high school PE curriculum in Shanxi to face the problem of the need for specific planning, detailed measures so that students accepted by the passive acceptance to active transformation. Raise awareness of high school PE teachers of ordinary high schools, county high school PE teachers through increasing training efforts.3. There exist Sports Human Resource imbalances in Shanxi, and high school sports and health facilities implementing the new curriculum constraints sports equipment is still an important factor in curriculum reform, school and extracurricular sports development and use of inadequate resources. To increase future investment in secondary education, a balanced allocation of human resources, sports, rational development and utilization of sports facilities and geographical resources, Shanxi Province has made full use of school sports and extracurricular resources.4. Carrying out calisthenics in the extra-curricular activities of high school has achived significant achievements. Extracurricular sports activities have been carried out, due to pressure of college entrance examination, but the school can not guarantee a considerable number of extra-curricular activities physical time. The supervision of extra-curricular activities in sports has to been enhanced.5. Shanxi Province has just begun teaching the module options, but has not been on the right track, for that a considerable number of schools do not have the conditions to carry out a comprehensive teaching module. Club teaching is still in the initial stage of PE, and demonstration and general high schools in Ball project was significant difference in the National Folk Sports projects are a very significant difference. In a period of time, Shanxi Province has to consolidate the results of the module options and to encourage qualified club teaching in schools.6. After the reunification of the new curriculum reform of textbooks have been unable to meet the physical content of the new curriculum, local education departments and the general PE teachers to increase the preparation of textbooks for local efforts to promote the diversity of textbooks, textbooks written from a logical sequence order to develop subjects.7. The role that the school played in the reform of the new sports curriculum has changed more or less, but a quite number of schools still can not attach importance to the sports curriculum for the college entrance examination proportion of students entering schools of a higher grade, and still can not take the student physique health. Although the high school stage sports curriculum is a required course, but it cannot been treated as generally it is with other curriculum equal discipline curriculum, should list as the college entrance examination subject the sports curriculum, enhances the high school PE curriculum the status, transforms the school to reform in the new sports curriculum the role, pays special attention to the Shanxi Province high school sports the balanced development, realizes the city and countryside high school, key and the ordinary high school communal development.8. Through the research , the author has obtained 12 factors that affect PE And Health the curriculum reforms in Shanxi Province at present, which in turn are successively the sports curriculum policy, the sports curriculum characteristic, gym instructor own quality, the sports location equipment, the gym instructor trains, the gym instructor manner, the student factor, the campus culture, the leader attention, the social factor, the guardian factor, the mass media.In view of the related factors, the administrative department transforms the function, enlarge propaganda dynamics, adjusts between each kind of factor the relations. 9. Coordinating the relations among the PE official curriculum, the PE actual curriculum, the PE recessive curriculum, between the PE blank curriculum and the PE extracurricular curriculum is the key point which the PE curriculum reforms needs to study.
