A Case Study On The Implementation Of The School Curriculum Planning

School curriculum planning and implementation effect decided to carry out the work of school curriculum and teaching effect,the high quality curriculum planning implementation helps to guild school curriculum reforms in the area,the low quality of curriculum planning implementation will deviate from the course direction,and the school will be in a state of confusion to a large extent,because the implementation of curriculum planning is of great of significance,so it is very important to study the implementation of curriculum planning.The author use the implementation of Chongqing 110 middle curriculum as a case,to 110 middle school curriculum planning and implementation of the current situation and problem as the starting point,to principal and teachers as the research object,by collecting relevant literature,using the research methods of questionnaire investigation and interview,using SPSS factor analysis to determine the factors infuence110 middle school curriculum planning and implementation,and based of these,it puts forward some suggestions to promote implementation of curriculum planning.Through interviews and questionnaire survey,the author found that the problems in the implementation of the 110 middle school curriculum planing include the deviation of understanding,lack of responsibility,pay and harvest is not proportional,implementation of planning degree is not high,the support is not high,through further analysis,the factors that affect the implementation of curriculum planning including principal,teachers,oversight mechanisms,planning text,off campus support level.On the influencing factors for orientation based on proposed recommendations for improvement,which mainly include:First,allocate the time resources rationally,enhance the degree of attention.Second,form reflection of normalization mechanism,motivates,prompt the problem solving.Third,get refined both internally and externally,enhance the implementation of the main accomplishment.Fourth,construct internal and external linkage mechanism,form a strong boost power.Fifth,strengthen the practicality of text,and enhance the adaptability of the planning.Sixth,establish scientific supervision system,improve the transparency of its operation.
