Teaching of reading is an important part of chinese,the reading ability is very important to students in future development.Personalization is the best way to improve student's reading ability and openup horizons.In this paper, human potential,personality and values are abave all else.And it is the starting point and end of education. The function of education is based on people's own efforts to help him release the full potential, improve the individual to achieve the best state that he could achieve. We must uphold the idea of this double. Attempt to explore individualized reading instruction. For secondary school Chinese teaching practice in fully implementing the new curriculum aims to explore a new type of teaching.Individualized reading instruction is both a practical operational problems, but also a cognitive problem. Thus, on how to build and implement individualized reading instruction to be resolved from a cognitive and practical efforts to explore two aspects. To achieve recognition solution, this paper first start from the basio concept. Through the attempt to define "personality", "personalized reading" on the basis of "individualized reading instruction," the concept could be an existential interpretation, Culture and Chemistry.
