Study Of The Problems And Strategies For Development Of Higher Institution Counselor Staff

Scientific outlook on development is the important guidelines of our economic and social development and is the major strategic thoughts. Socialism with Chinese characteristics must adhere to and implement. Scientific outlook on development is the world outlook and methodology on guiding development, which reveals the connotation and nature of development. At present with higher vocational education of our country entering a popular period of development, it faces many difficulties, particularly the construction of the tutor group in higher vocational education meet the new and more severe challenges. How to deal with the challenges has been the major task facing the higher vocational education. Ideological and political work of higher vocational education must be under the guidance of scientific outlook on development, explore law of development of ideological and political education, rich and deepen connotation of ideological and political education of higher vocational education and innovate the operating methods. Consequently, carrying out Study and discussion on construction of tutor group in the higher vocational education is of important theoretical and practical significance. I have worked as a tutor and worked on students' management for five years. So I have some experience and immature thoughts on science developing construction of higher vocational education.There are three parts in this article:the first part reviews the cost accounting of higher institution counselor and introduce the current state of the group. In the second part, I elaborated the question on the tutor group in the higher vocational education and analysed the causes. The third part is the most important in this article. It points out the problems of the scientific development of the higher vocational education, and at the same time shows the strategy of them. I concretely elaborate on science developing construction about vision of the tutor group in higher vocational education, including making scientific mechanism for entering in order to engage for candidates strictly, Reinforcing Omni bearing training to consummate the tutor group training system, guaranteeing mechanism of treatment to mobilize the energies of the tutor group and improving the system for the evaluation and incentive to enhance the rallying power of the tutor group.Scientific development about vision of higher institution counselor is a systemic and comprehensive project. This important program that we should strengthen and attach importance to the quality of the tutor group to improve the overall competence of the tutor group effectively, and straighten out the management system of the tutor group to bring the positive role of the cadres and teachers into full play in the new period of development of the higher education. As one member of the tutor group in the higher education, I consider the research of the construction of higher institution counselor important and urgency.
