The integration of ideology and the "indiscriminate" teaching model not only lead to the prevalence of inefficient, repetitive speech acts on cognition and memory in Chinese teaching, but also constrain the development of students'thinking and their creativity of language. This is seriously incongruous with the ultimate goal of Chinese teaching-to develop and build the adolescents'artistic and aesthetic ability to master their mother tongue in order to improve the quality and creativity of Chinese. This paper relies on modern Chinese poetry, and relates to the tradition of Chinese poetry teaching, the development of the creation of modern Chinese poetry and the current situation of modern poetry education. And it discusses the aesthetic and educational values of modern Chinese poetry, including cultivating the students' creative thinking, shaping their personality and quality and building both the inner beauty of life and passion of language and the formal beauty of individuality, vitality, music and so on. Modern Chinese poetry is the best carrier of modern Chinese and is different from these styles such as classical poetry, foreign poetry, prose and so on. Thus, this paper is to arrive at the conclusion that modern Chinese poetry is the noumenon (basic content) of Chinese education. On this basis, I propose some basic methods for modern Chinese poetry teaching, such as aesthetic reading, wenger, versification, etc. We can also enhance the teachers'teaching literacy of modern Chinese poetry from the aspects of extending knowledge and teaching language, and allow the students to learn to appreciate, taste and create language in the context of poetic Chinese, to internalize it to form their own ways of expression and to shape their speech styles that are different from the others and can not be easily replicated by others. In addition, in order to better implement modern Chinese poetry teaching, and to integrate the current status of the development of modern Chinese poetry with the students'psychological acceptance level, we develop a series of school-based curricula on the theme "poetry of the jobbers". Such curricula can provide a paradigm for the teaching of modern Chinese poetry.
