| Obiectives:To establish the Dormitory Daily Event Scale (DDES) for College Students, which can reflect the university student dormitory living condition comprehensively, examines its validities and reliabitities.Methods:1. I consulted Chinese and English literature about the university student dormitory widely, and reorganized them. Understood the university student dormitory life in reality, to collect the representative project, forms scale's bare bone.2. We investigated 90 second grade students in university with the open style questionnaire to collects the dormitory event which are influential to them, Constructed the scale's clause and the dimension initially.3. We invited 20 graduate students to revise the Dormitory Daily Event questionnaire for college student first draft.4. Screened and revised clauses using the Clause Importance Consultation Method.5. Investigated 1000 undergraduate students with questionnaire which established by myself. and analysis project using the critical ratio method and so on. then constructed the scale using exploring factor analysis.6. Inspected and appraised the validity and the reliabitity of the Dormitory Daily Event Scale for College Students.7. The present university student dormitory living condition is initially analyzed using this scale.We inputted the data with FOXPRO6.0 and analyzed the data with SPSS13.0.Results:1. Has obtained the clause pond and the construction of the Dormitory Daily Event Scale (DDES) for College Students.Designed the representative clause and scale's bare bone:The scale is divided three columns:the event, the event to have or not and the frequency, the influence. The following two columns use 0～4 five levels of grading.2. The dormitory daily events covers altogether 38 subjects such as the daily schedule, the communication and so on. The above subjects are summarized: "dormitory noise", "interpersonal relationship", "value, idea, disposition, custom", "economic interest","dormitory health", "hardware facility" six dimensions, altogether 80 stature goal questionnaire.3. Increased 4 clauses according to graduate student's feedback opinion, has formed questionnaire of improvement Delphi Technique with six dimensions,84 clauses.4. The first draft of the Dormitory Daily Event Scale (DDES) for College Students.74 clauses which average scores were bigger than 3 or were equal to 3 were choose for the construction stage investigation clause.These stature goals'original sorting is made randomisation processing using the random number stopwatch, and "the event to have or not and the frequency" and "the influence" two grading columns are established behind each clause, then the meter construction stage's questionnaire is formed.5. Scale examination result.6.1 The exploring factor analysis demonstrated that this research obtained meter's KMO (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) value is 0.95, expressed that it is very suitable to carry on the factor analysis. The result of the preliminary analysis to university student dormitory living condition.The university student dormitory life has following characteristic at present: besides the sleep, the university students'5.5±2.24 hours are spent in the dormitory in average one day; Average dimension demonstration:The biggest dimensions' influence quantity is the dormitory condition (3.48±2.74), next is the dormitory noise dimension (1.75±1.76); The female university students'scores are higher than the male university students in the roommate disposition, the interpersonal relationship, the dormitory noise, the roommate encroach four dimension and on the entire scale(P <0.01), Besides the dormitory condition dimension, the middle grade scores are higher than the graduation grade and the just entered a school grade scores (P< 0.05);In the interpersonal relationship dimension, the countryside students'scores are higher than the urban students'(P<0.05), the bad home economics students'scores are higher than the good home economics students'(P<0.05).The above result has demonstrated the present university student dormitory life condition and the characteristic initially, and maintains consistent basically with the related research's result and the university student dormitory life's actual performance.This research preliminary obtained scale with the good real diagnosis validity is confirmed from this.Conclusions:The Dormitory Daily Event Scale (DDES) for College Students which has been Constructed initially divides into the roommate disposition (including 10 clauses), the interpersonal relationship (including 8 clauses), the dormitory health (including 7 clauses), the dormitory noise (including 6 clauses), the dormitory condition (including 5 clauses), the roommate to encroach (including 4 clauses) 6 dimensions, altogether contains 40 clauses. The scale covers comprehensively, the clause is chosen have the good representation.The scales'content validity is good, the test-retest reliabitity and the effect sign validity are ideal.And the preliminary test result indicated that the scale's internal reliability and the structure validity also are very good. Moreover, the scale's real diagnosis validity is also good.
