Research On Student Dormitory Management In Fujian Higher Vocational College

With the rapid development of higher vocational education,the scale of higher vocational colleges continues to expand,and the number of students in higher vocational colleges increases dramatically,leading to unprecedented changes,pressures and challenges in the management of student dormitories.Under the new situation,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the basic rules of management,summarize the accumulated practical experience,understand and master the main problems faced by the current management of students’ dormitories in higher vocational colleges,actively improve the management mode of students’ dormitories in higher vocational colleges,and improve the management level of students’ dormitories in higher vocational colleges through in-depth research on the management of students’ dormitories in higher vocational colleges.As a student dormitory administrator,we must stand at a higher level,explore and reform the existing working methods,and apply more advanced management concepts,more perfect management systems and more scientific management methods to the practice of student dormitory management.This paper analyzes the management of students’ dormitories in Fujian vocational colleges from the perspective of public management.First of all,from the perspective of literature review,this paper summarizes relevant scholars’ research on student management in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the connotation,basic principles and forming elements of student dormitory management in higher vocational colleges;Secondly,it introduces the three main modes of dormitory management in Fujian higher vocational colleges,analyzes the characteristics of each mode,and takes Liming Vocational University as a case,through literature research,experience summary and case analysis and other methods,from the perspective of process design,performance management,competition mechanism,supervision system,etc.,it deeply analyzes the current situation of dormitory management in this school,and points out the management mode,system construction,safety measures,education mechanism In terms of cultural construction and other aspects,there are outstanding problems in terms of unclear responsibilities of the management subject,weak operability of the management system,lack of students’ deep participation in the management process,and failure to fully realize the management objectives,and analyze the main reasons for the problems.Finally,based on the advanced dormitory management experience of higher vocational colleges outside the province,this paper puts forward suggestions for optimizing the management of students’ dormitory in Fujian higher vocational colleges: first,establish a multi coordinated co management mechanism to promote the division of labor and cooperation in dormitory management;Second,establish the "people-oriented" management concept and enrich the content of dormitory management and education;Third,improve the working level of dormitory management personnel and improve the dormitory management ability;Fourth,promote the upgrading of dormitory hardware facilities and information technology,and improve the efficiency of dormitory management.
