Research On The Field Of University Student's Dormitory Culture From The Horizon Of Human Study

The culture of college dormitory field owns the hominology attributes.The research on it should be established under the hominology perspective.In the 21 st century,the dormitory field of college students is constituted by their society(first),their family(second),and their classroom(third),whose culture has an impact on the development of the college students from the physical space,intercourse space and value space.The essence of college dormitory filed culture is the college students' culture."Human beings"(college students)are the domination and the spirit of this field culture.They construct it through the method of being present as the main characters at the same time they also be influenced by it,which contains the profound theoretical proposition of practical cultivation of a "whole human beings " of Marxist.On December,17 th,2016,at the National Conference on Ideological and Political work in Colleges and Universities,General Secretary Xi jinping made his first comments on the post-1995 college students as the generation of“lovely,believable and reliable”.He pointed that they should not only nourish their soul with the culture,cultivate their moral conducts with the culture,but also led the fashion with the culture.It has both theoretical and practical meanings in the study of college dormitory field culture from the hominology perspective and the promotion for college education with it.In the theoritical vision,the hominology feature in the dormitory culture filed in college students should be led by the value of reason.Its hominology attribute,interactive relationship,and right capital are interpreted by the theories of Mark Human-science,Bourdieu Field and Lefebvre Space.Furthermore,the scientific connotation,basic features,layer structures and main functions of the dormitory field culture are deeply explicated on the basis of defining the dormitory and dormitory culture.Besides,the dormitory field culture should adhere to the conception of the students-orientation,the tendency of cultivating the "whole person" and the basic task of fostering virtues through education as well as learning from the national and foreign dormitory systems on and off campus.Therefore,we can make innovate improvements for the development of the dormitory filed culture in college students.As for the historical evolution,the previous and present situation of the dormitory field culture in college students is expounded and analyzed.The modern classification of the dormitory field culture was not formed until the establishment of Chinese modern universities on "later transplant" under the tendency of the western learning introduced to China.College students as cultural subjects created the dormitory field culture.In 1986,the conception of the dormitory field culture in college students was initially proposed by the Shanghai Jiaotong University.In 2005,the Fudan University was a pioneer in exploring a new model of the college system in the mainland,China.The research about the current culture of dormitory field in college students was conducted based on existing achievements.It criticizes the insufficiency of humanization and personalization and explores deep reasons causing the frauds.The goal of humanism reconstruction in the dormitory field culture is to create a modern and multiple cultural structure within the modern college system.Moreover,five elements are required in the reconstruction process: humanism,ecology,harmony,aesthetes,and modernism.It proposes a basic principle,main contents and practical approaches grounded on the humanism reconstruction goal of enculturating a "whole person",acculturating a "principal person",training a "harmonious person",and internalizing "an educated person".The goal applies the theory of social and self-supervision to reconstruct the principals of individual life field in the dormitory culture;applies the method of acculturation and mutualism to reconstruct the cultural life in dormitory groups;applies the idea of peaceful relation between nation and home to reconstruct the communication and intercourse among college students' dormitory life,which makes the dormitory field culture refocus on human-oriented perspective and achieves the leap from dormitory field culture to cultivate dormitory field.The hominology enlightenment of the dormitory field culture in college students particularly explains the cultural values of student-based culture,practical values of self-consciousness,educational values of comprehensive developing and homonymous values of integration.The illumination of hominology also states its meanings and benefits to the construction of the dormitory field culture,which also makes efforts to realize the extension and sublimation from the dormitory field culture to cultivate college field culture.The educational process of the dormitory field culture in college students is not only a constantly productive and historical process,but also an active and practice procedure combined with the pursuit of truth,goodness and beauty.It will accomplish the residential goal of people-oriented and poetic and finally realizes the development of human.
