The rapid development of economy, science and technology make the survival environment of the enterprise has undergone tremendous changes, opportunities and challenges followed. Especially for IT-related companies, as a result of the ever-changing of knowledge and economy and the rapid development of information technology, the opportunities and challenges facing even more prominent. Enterprise competition is the competition of products, the competition of science and technology, but in the final analysis is the competition of talented persons. So if you want to get the final victory in the challenge, corporate training plays an important role in the talent competition. Scientific training should be able to motivate employees to master new knowledge and new technologies to meet the work requirements, can enhance staff sense of belonging, to improve their communication and coordination ability, can promote effective cooperation among team. However, there are still many problems in the existing enterprise training, such as the lack of correct concept of training, there is a lack of system-level training system, the process is not continuous, a form is single, etc. These problems led to poor training effect. How to solve these problems in order to improve the effectiveness of training is a problem studied in this paper.In this study, on the basis of analyzing learning organization theory, adult learning theory, training evaluation theory, seize the essence of learning organization theory to set people first and continually improve overall quality, learning ability and innovation of staff, thereby to enhance the core competencies of enterprise, combined with H company’s characteristics and learning support of Teambition learning platform, present online training activities of enterprise based learning organization theory. Taking learning organization theory as guidance, combining the actual curriculum teaching, this study design the teaching activities, learning activities and learning evaluation. Then implement and evaluate in the two groups of H Company ERP business department. Through the analysis of the results of the evaluation, the study proves effectiveness of enterprise online training events based on organizational theory, and puts forward some suggestions to the enterprise online training.This study mainly has the following signification:in practical terms, this paper based on the training status of H company, design an online training programs suitable for H company to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate training, and to improve company’s market competitiveness; In theory aspect, since 1990, Peter Senge put forward the concept of "learning organization", the study of learning organization gradually rise, but domestic research on learning organization is still in its early stage, also is still immature, especially for a learning organization practice is less. From the actual conditions, this article design the company’s online training activities based on learning organization, enriching learning organization theory and the theory of corporate training.
