As an important part of lifelong education system, the development and perfection of reemployment training is closed tied or related to the reemployee's benefit, and influences indirectly the stability and development of the whole society. The government lays great emphasis on the reemployment training and has already yielded some success. Nowadays, the researchers have became more aware of the rapid development of online instruction and are trying to establish an online reemployment training system step by step. Nevertheless, the training system is lacking of appropriate strategies. In this paper, I try to analyze the characteristics of reemployment training, online instruction, and the reemployee, propose that we can use case-based strategy, together with pre-organizer strategy, collaborative learning strategy, and transfer strategy, in the online reemployment training. The paper mainly discusses the implementation of the case-based strategy in order to offer some contributions to the strategy research of the reemployment training.
