Research On Online Training Method Based On Personalized Teaching

With the advancement of information technology,online training and teaching have developed rapidly.Through investigation and research,it has been found that the current online training has some shortcomings,such as lack of theoretical guidance,lack of pertinence of knowledge content,and single way of presenting knowledge content,which leads to students’ low interest in learning and poor training effect.Based on the analysis of existing training models and online platforms,this subject is guided by personalized teaching theory,referring to the offline teaching design process,and conducts research on online training methods based on personalized teaching.The online training model specifically expresses the training method,and elaborates the composition and design process of the model.At the same time,the online training system is designed to verify the rationality of the model.Firstly,the online training model based on personalized teaching is constructed.By analyzing the characteristics of typical training model and online training system,it provides reference for model construction.The analysis of individualized teaching theory,constructivism learning theory,mastery learning theory and other teaching theories provides theoretical guidance for model design.Summary of student-centered teaching design process,to determine the model design principles and the training process,constructs the model of online training based on personalized teaching,and introduced the composition structure and working mechanism of model expounded based on the specific elements of the online training of personalized teaching methods and steps,and provides theoretical basis for individualized training teaching.Secondly,design an online training system based on personalized teaching.The online training model based on personalized teaching is taken as the theoretical system to design the training system.By designing multi-dimensional learner feature analysis method and analyzing learners’ characteristics from multiple dimensions,learners’ learning preference can be mastered,and learners’ feature information can be obtained for the formulation of personalized training scheme.A theme-based Bloom teaching resource hierarchy division method is proposed to divide the training resources,and the expert system is applied to match the result of characteristic analysis with the result of resource organization,so as to realize the formulation of personalized training scheme.In the process of system implementation,gamification teaching thought is introduced,teaching games are designed to stimulate learners’ interest in learning and improve the training effect.Finally,carry out the application effect analysis of the training system based on personalized teaching.The designed personalized training system is applied to the training of personnel in a memorial exhibition hall of an oil field.The training effect of the system is analyzed through the actual training,and the rationality of the proposed model is verified.The research shows that the online training method based on personalized teaching proposed in this topic is reasonable and provides a new way of thinking for the development of online training.Compared with the traditional online training method,it can realize personalized training,and provides a certain reference value for the development of teaching informatization and the research of online teaching mode.
