On Teachers' Practical Wisdom And Its Cultivation

Wisdom need to pursue a lifetime. Cultivating practical wisdom needed throughout the entire career among teachers. With "practical wisdom" to express the meaning and purpose of the work of teachers, for teachers to develop practical wisdom to provide the level of awareness and rational thinking, is a very meaningful thing. In this paper, combing and analysis on the basis of practical wisdom study abroad on the situation, seize the development and current status quo of social education requirements for teacher development, teacher practice to generate a path of wisdom as a basis for research to develop strategies teachers practical wisdom.This paper is divided into the following five sections:Part I: Introduction. The main is to introduct the teachers’ practical wisdom and reason, and to develop strategies relevant research literature on domestic and practical wisdom. Social Development pointed out the quality of personnel training specifications, the status quo of today’s education requires teachers to student growth and professional development of teachers to develop practical wisdom in teaching, research and this paper describes the methods and ideas to do.Part II: practical wisdom of teachers and related concepts.
