The moral education concerns to the life. Schools,as the main place of moral education for the youth,have a major impact on the growth of moral character of the youth. The teachers of ideology and politics course for high school is the most influential factor.The thesis is on the foundation of reorganizing the practical wisdom,which holds the request of Times to the ideology and politics course for high school closely,holds the situation and the specially of the ideology and politics course for high school closely,the goal of the study of practical wisdom for teachers of ideology and politics course in high school enhances actual effect of the course.The thesis is divided into four Parts.The first part is analyzed the reasons of the study of practical wisdom for teachers of ideology and politics course in high school,and the present situation and methods of the study. The reasons of the study are the answer of the ideology and politics course in high school which has some challenges and opportunities, the study of teacher which focus on their practices,the purpose of teachers which they want to be sapiential teachers. But now, the study of practical wisdom for teachers of ideology and politics course in high school is very lacking.The second part:the interpretation of practical wisdom for teachers of ideology and politics course in high school. Firstly,the thesis is concerned with the meanings of the practical wisdom for teachers of ideology and politics course in high school. Secondly,the thesis discussed its three characteristics: artistic properties of situation, thoughtfulness,animacy. Thirdly,the thesis illuminated its value. It's valuable for the teaching of ideology and politics course in high school and the growth of teachers of ideology and politics course in high school.The third part discussed the framework of the ideology and politics course for high school which is demonstrated from three aspects: the truth of practice,the beauty of practice,the goodness of practice.The forth part: the generation of teachers of ideology and politics course in high school. Firstly,the thesis analyzed the factors which affect the growth of teachers of ideology and politics course in high school. Secondly,the thesis suggested four suggestions to improving practical wisdom for teachers of ideology and politics course in high school: attach importance to teachers'life history and didactical reflection,renovate the educated mode of teachers of ideology and politics course in high school , construct learning organization , create advantaged curricular environment.
