Education for wisdom needs teachers who possess of the practical wisdom, the curriculum reform calls for the teachers' practical wisdom, and the occupational trait of teachers requires it, so it is necessary to study the practical wisdom.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is concerned with the meanings of the teachers' practical wisdom. the meanings of the practical wisdom is comprehend from unscrambling its intention, analyzing its characteristic, review its function.The second part illustrates the composing and the exhibition of the practical wisdom. It is made up of the didactical wisdom and fostering-students wisdom. It represented three aspects: the educative faith including the teacher's attitude and comprehension to the education and teaching,the teacher,the students and their relationship;the educative sensation which includes the sensation of responsibility,success and ascription,the love and care to the students;and the educative behavior which is incarnated by his didactical wittiness and art.The third part discusses the generation of the practical wisdom. The generation of the practical wisdom is influenced by the traditional didactical system and some personal factors of teacher, such as the teacher's personality and his educational experience. the generation of the practical wisdom needs phases: imitating others and acclimatize himself to teaching, accumulating experience and self-reflection,generating the wisdom.to the generation of the practical wisdom,the teachers' love is precondition, their knowledge is foundation, the creationary teaching practice is fertile soil, self-reflection in teaching is key, educational narrative is an effective approach, at the same time an teaching culture atmosphere which is action-together, participation-together, win-together is also needed. The fourth part discusses how to highlight the practical wisdom which is demonstrated form three aspects:the transfer of the practical wisdom, the bourn of the practical wisdom and the teachers' sapiential life which is brought by their practical wisdom.
