It is easy to overlook the existence of personality and concerns of irrational factors such as the desire, emotion, will and faith. With the concept of scientific development and people-oriented guiding ideas proposed, the rational management has been emphasized. At the same time, irrational factors play a role on the basis of rational management. College management is managing people and the management of people. As people is the unity of rationality and irrationality, in the process of college management, research to irrational factors such as human desires, emotions, will, beliefs etc. can help to improve the efficiency of management.
