A Study On The Influence Of Irrational Factors On College Students’ Patriotic Behavior

College students are the important force and successor to realize China’s dream. In recentyears, with our country entry into the social transition and the international conflict intensifies,rational and irrational intertwining are prominent in College Students’ patriotic action and thebehavioral results are not the same. It is the important responsibility of university ideologicaland political education to guide the university students’ patriotic behavior, and patrioticeducation is major content of college ideological and political education. While the traditionalpatriotism education in colleges and universities focus more on rational factors, and do lessresearch on the influence of irrational factors on college students’ patriotic act. In order tostrengthen the actual effect of patriotism education in colleges, and enrich the ideological andpolitical education in colleges and universities, and guide students patriotic action effectively,the characteristics of modern college students’ patriotic act require college ideological andpolitical education to study the influence on college students’ behavior from the perspective ofirrational factors.This paper, regards Marx’s dialectical point of view as the theoretical foundation, anddraws on the research results of irrational factors on human behavior, and based on thesummary of contemporary college students patriotism rational and irrational behavior status,analyze positive and negative impacts of irrational factors on College Students’ patrioticbehavior, reflecting the causes of irrational factors on influencing college students’ patrioticbehavior, putting forward to applying irrational factors to regulate the behavior of CollegeStudents’ patriotism.The paper includes four parts. The first part is introduction, which introduces theresearch background, research ideas, research methods and research significance andinnovation. The second part explain the concepts and related theories of patriotic, patrioticbehavior of college students, the irrational factors, irrational factors affecting factors onhuman behavior. The third part, analyzes of the impact of irrational factors on the currentsituation of College Students’ patriotic behavior, summarizing current situation of CollegeStudents’ patriotic behavior, clarifying the three element of irrational factors influencing onCollege Students’ patriotic behavior, analyzing the causes of irrational factors influencing college students’ patriotic behavior. The fourth part, puts forward to regarding irrationalfactors as effective countermeasures to influence college students’ patriotic behavior, whichare explored from a good patriotic environment, strengthen ideological and political educationand college students psychological quality cultivation of patriotism.
