The State Key Laboratory Of Gansu Province Development Strategy Study

In this paper, based on the construction background of 6 in Gansu Province, State Key Laboratories, my study analyzed their development track and the operational mechanism. By using technical philosophy theories and empirical analysis research methods, my study synthetically analyzed the establishment and development of laboratories under the background of the reform of China's economic system and the progress of science and technology system, summarized the management pattern about State Key Laboratories of Gansu Province since their establishment, and thoroughly analyzed all kinds of questions which had restricted the development of the State Key Laboratories of Gansu Province, and in combination with our country's long-term development strategy, proposed a new assume and measure that the State Key Laboratory of Gansu Province implement the strategic management of independent innovation. For promoting independent innovation of the State Key Laboratory of Gansu Province, My study has definite theoretical significance, but also obviously practical significance.
