Research On The Development Of Postdoctoral System In Gansu Province

Post doctoral system is a new type of personnel training system in the macro background of the industrial revolution and technological revolution. It is an important measure to strengthen scientific research and technological innovation, develop high level talents and meet the needs of economic development in the world. China’s post doctoral system was established in 1980 s, which aims to encourage and support the scientific research potential and the outstanding talents of outstanding talents in a certain period of time. Thirty years of practice has proved that China’s post doctoral system is a visionary strategic decision-making, is a rapid development of high level talents of the road, is an effective way to organize a high level of scientific research activities, is an important means to strengthen the international talent competition. Gansu province is one of the provinces of the early implementation of the post doctoral system, set up the basic science field, engineering technology, social science field. Thirty years, Gansu Province, postdoctoral work in the healthy development of scientific research work(mobile) station number steadily increasing, the scale continues to expand, the quality is gradually improved, the scientific research area is more and more widely, for the province’s social and economic development, a large number of outstanding talents. But there are still some problems that need to be improved, such as the combination of post doctoral research personnel and major scientific research projects are not closely related, the assessment of the management system is not perfect and so on.In this paper, through the in-depth analysis and research of the above problems, we believe that further improve the post doctoral management system in Gansu Province, to promote the sustainable and stable development of the local economic and social development is of great significance. The main conclusions and recommendations is to according to the national and provincial policy training and using talented postdoctoral, promote postdoctoral training and college talent team construction of the integration process, to accelerate the enterprise postdoctoral workstation of science and technology innovation and transformation of achievements in, expand University and enterprise combining production and research platform for innovation, strengthen domestic cooperation and raise the level of internationalization of doctoral work, really let the postdoctoral system become a fertile ground for the growth of Gansu Province high-tech top talent.This paper studies the limitations of data, and the analysis of the post doctoral system itself needs to be further deepened.
