A Research On The Development Of Vocation Education Of Qingyang Gansu ,Which Based On The Regional Economic Development Of Level

With the rapid development of society and economy in our country,vocational education is developing rapidly.The development of vocational education is not only the need of social and economic development,but also the key to promote the healthy and fast development of society and economy.Vigorously develop vocational education in Gansu Province,Qingyang City vocational education get the rapid development,especially in Qingyang City undertake vocational education park group of school system and mechanism reform,Qingyang City Vocational Education in terms of investment and scale,both from the enrollment scale and the scale of students development by leaps and bounds are presented.However,the development of Vocational Education in Qingyang still can not fully meet the needs of local talent,unable to fully support the local economic development.This paper of Qingyang City,the regional economy and the vocational education research data were collected and analyzed.From the point of view of regional economic development summary of Qingyang City vocational education existence question and the causes that lead to the problem,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.In this paper,the following conclusions are obtained:First,through the analysis of qingyang regional economy shows,qingyang area is still in the pre industrial period and the initial stage of industrialization,industry's overall development level is low,the slow development of the tertiary industry,industrial alcohol,structural convergence is serious,and the unreasonable problem is still prominent.In the transfer of labor force,qingyang area has been formed with labor export-oriented economic development model.In the talent demand,as an important energy chemical industry base in the western region of China,the professional talents who are engaged in the industrial production are seriously deficient,the overall quality of the employees need to be improved.Second,through the analysis of Gansu Province Qingyang City vocational education and situation of the development of regional economy,Qingyang City vocational education and regional economic coordinated development,vocational schools,professional set repeat,specialty less,brand effect is not obvious.In vocational education and regional economic development uncoordinated reason is local policy propaganda is not enough,the lack of overall planning and old-fashioned concept of running a school,there is a deviation,lack of funds,school enterprise cooperation is not close,disconnection between education and industry demand for talent,teachers strength is not strong.Third,based on the analysis of qingyang regional economy and talent demand,and combined with the uncoordinated development of local vocational education problems and causes of the analysis,this paper argues that,Qingyang City,Gansu Province should be set up to promote regional economic development oriented concept of development of vocational education and regional economic development needs,optimize the structure of professional,to create a qingyang region characteristic brand of professional,perfect the construction of the teaching staff,strengthen cooperation,deepen the school enterprise cooperation mechanism,strengthen the students career planning guidance.
