Research On Human Resource Development And Economic Development In Gansu Province

This article contains five parts. The first part discusses the theories and significance of human resources development in china and the other countries, and explicates the important effect on human resources development in economic development. The second is a analysis of Gansu human resources . It uses the information from the fifth population censuses of Gansu and the first economic censuses of Gansu , deeply studies the actuality and specialty of Gansu human resources and suggests the main question about it. The third contribute the instrctional thought of the human development theory and economy developing.This system evaluates for human resources development and economy developing.The fourth part summarizes the developing process of the theories model of the human resource and region economic development, and consists in foundation with the Gansu province's data, emphatically from the human resource quantity ,quality and property the human resource of human resource three aspects and economics to develop to make the researched, and establishes linear regression models.At last,this article put forward the following proposals. Developing the education, Seting up the scientific talented person concept; Attaching importance to the use and the development of talented people; Attracting the lacking talented person in different kinds of ways; Raising the population health standard to promote the economical growth and Strengthening legal system to control population growth.This article uses multivariate statistical analysis which proves relationship between human resource and economic development.
