University student's association is to develop comprehensive capacity to broaden the knowledge level, adjust the knowledge structure, and tap their own potential, development an important place for hobbies. With the continuous deepening of reform of higher education, universities continue to expand the size of school, college students significantly enhanced self-awareness, students'associations also made a larger development, and in the development of the same time there have been many problems. Therefore, the study students'associations, is to adapt to the needs of higher education reform and development, is the implementation of quality education needs, is to structure and build a socialist harmonious campus needs.The article is written from the basic concept of student groups, from a multidisciplinary perspective, combed the related literature, described community college students should have been played a role, summed up the community-building experiences in hainan province university student's association. that is proposed to further promote the healthy development of community college students comments and suggestions with hainan province current problems in student groups.According to the article, Community college students are formed the basis of voluntary interests by college students, in accordance with the constitution independent student organization activities. Activities of student organizations is the practice of classroom teaching in extension and supplement to achieve and optimize the curricular and extracurricular docking, docking theory and practice, school and community dock. Therefore, community college students can not be replaced with other student organizations function.
