The twenty-first century is the era of rapid development of information technology, the emergence of information technology has on our economy and society as a whole a great production lives its impact not only greatly increased the pace of development of social productive forces, and accelerated the human entered the information the pace of society, a new tool for human development capacity. Therefore, the creation of information technology in primary and secondary classes, universal computer education is to improve the quality of the necessary measures in China. Information technology in rural areas and development of universal education is directly related to education in our country, the success or failure.In response to the "State Council on Further Strengthening Rural Education decision" instruction, and even more constantly improve the quality of education and teaching in rural areas, Changchun City Board of Education organized a third batch of aid to education activities in rural areas. As one of the volunteer, I have nearly a year of work, information technology education in rural areas the status quo and development of a certain understanding.The study is based on agriculture Fulongquan Town, Longquan County High School Information Technology Education and Development, the main line, using questionnaires, personal work experience, interviews, visits and other means of information technology on the Longquan secondary education were carried out more comprehensive and in-depth investigation and research. Longquan identified hinder the development of secondary education in information technology, discusses the coping strategies, and strive to explore a Longquan Middle School Information Technology for the development of effective means of education for the Longquan secondary education in the development of information technology, decision-making basis and practical experience.This paper is structured as follows:Introduction The first part is a brief account of the topics of the reason, an overview of the research background papers, general introduction to the author's design intent and research the significance of the papers, and information technology, education and information technology courses to develop, implement so as to illustrate the situation.The second part is to introduce some of the major disciplines of information technology concepts, and information technology development and the impact of information technology inventory of the brilliant achievements.The third part of the rural primary and secondary schools on the current status of education in information technology, analysis, and data statistics, after investigation and study visits. Identified the constraints of local information technology, an important factor in the development of education.Part IV is mainly directed against the above constraints in favor of rural primary and secondary schools to explore information technology education and healthy development of new roads. This is mainly manifested in the following areas: ideology and understanding; and infrastructure equipped with; the teaching staff; classroom teaching upper, and put forward a strategy to promote information technology courses.Finally to draw conclusions and summarize the problems encountered in the process of writing and problem-solving related methods, to identify shortcomings and to continue their efforts.
