Classical Chinese is not only the Chinese nation's traditional excellent culture carrier, but is one of the essence of classical Chinese prose. Overviewing middle school Chinese language and literature, classical Chinese prose in the classical Chinese text plays a leading role. Classical Chinese prose has an important effect on cultivating the students'sense of traditional Chinese national culture, improving their personal qualities. However, the teaching of classical Chinese prose has been the difficulty in language teaching in junior high school, the teaching situations nowadays are not so optimistic. Under the background of the new curriculum perform, how can classical Chinese prose in Junior High School adapt to continuous transformation and innovation development of the times is a question. In this thesis, according to time sequence, the development process of the teaching of classical Chinese prose is listed. It aims to search for the excellent tradition of the teaching of classical Chinese prose and find a possible way of innovating. Firstly, after taking a back look at the development process of teaching requirements, teaching materials and teaching methods from 1949 to the new curriculum perform, the author wants to analyses its features and look for something valuable as reference; Secondly, the author wants to inextense the changes of the teaching of classical Chinese prose, reflect combined with the current situation and focus on the new current of teaching methods. Finally, the author offers her own practical suggestions on the teaching of classical Chinese prose from the aspects --- teaching concepts, methods and application...
