The feature of space-time separation in web-based learn makes the web learners in a isolated environment. There are many difficulties in web learners'sharing and communication, that can easily form the solitary island and affects the learning effects.Currently the study on knowledge sharing focuses on the knowledge sharing in real environment. The construction of knowledge sharing model carries on in two levels, organizational structure and body of knowledge sharing. But there are few study on knowledge sharing model in network environment, especially knowledge sharing model of web leaners. Some theses research the knowledge sharing in virtual enterprise, but this type of knowledge sharing is for finishing enterprise's task. The aim of web leaners'knowledge sharing is for professional development and personal growth. The differences in purpose lead to many discrepancies between the two types of knowledge sharing.In view of this, this thesis carries on an investigation into knowledge sharing of web leaners. Find that there are many features in web learners'knowledge sharing such as virtual body in sharing, unstable sharing members, homogeneous background knowledge and blurred knowledge border and so on. These features prove the importance of determination of virtual identity, building of knowledge community in design of web knowledge sharing. And they determine the problems and works that should do before designing web learners'knowledge sharing model. Through the building of knowledge community, sharing members'mutual emotion and trust will be deeper, sharing motivation greater, knowledge sharing more in-depth, stable and permanent.The design of web learners'knowledge sharing model is based on the knowledge community's building. Add determination of virtual identity and building of knowledge commnity in the designing and analyzing of model. Design different knowledge sharing manneres and processes for explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. This model make a reference for the design and exploitation of knowledge sharing platform.The thesis'organizational structure and details of every chapter are as follows:The first chapter of this thesis defines web learner at first, then introduces the background and significance of research, analyzes the situation of knowledge sharing model, sum up the shortage of existing model in web virtual environment, state content and methods of this study. The second chapter introduces the concept of knowledge sharing, synthesize core elements of every concept and give a definition of knowledge sharing that in order to maximize knowledge value, knowledge transfers from one person to another, in this process knowledge transforms between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, finally achieve knowledge innovation. Then introduce the Knowledge Conversion Theory and Social Exchange Theory. Based on the analylizing of theories, summarize the guidance and revelation that the theories has.The third chapter in-deep analyzes the traits of web leaners'knowledge sharing such as sharing members virtualize, unstablize, similarity background knowledge, fuzzy border, incentives paitial to emotion from environment, sharing activity, sharing members these three respects. Encapsulate the influence factors of knowledge sharing from three respects. Analyze the obstacle in knoeledge sharing of web learners in order to solve that when design the model.The forth chapter designs a knowledge sharing model based on knowledge community's building according to the previous study. The main contents of this model contains the set of virtual identity, characterization of the structure of knowledge, ways of sharing tools and incentives on the interaction of members, the flow of knowledge in members interaction. Also respectively design the transfer processes of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. Then analyze the model of network implementation. Finally take E-Learning for example, analyze the sharing method and existing problems in this system, discuss the guidance and inspiration that this study makes.The last chapter summarized main tasks and weaknesses of this research, as well as the follow-up studies.
