With the accelerating transition of economy and society, the process of non-agriculturalization of rural area become faster. The labor force transfer in a large scale, of which are males. And most of females participate in agricultural production. The author pay attention to the family status of rural married females in this background in the the Longyan country of Fujian province. It explores the influencing factors. The main points of the survey are about the conditions and the influencing factors of family status. This thesis uses the questionnaire survey method, combined with case interview and inspection, to describe the characteristics of family status of rural female, and explore the influencing factors, then analyses it in the perspective of gender theory. It can be concluded as:Part of conditions. Influenced by the change of the family structure, family rights shift from eldership to the younger spouses, and it is becoming equal. Females own some autonomy and decision rights. They have the rights of using property and money of family. They participate the social production actively. The housework become less with the development of economy, which is related with household life cycle. Husbands are involed in doing housework. Females' development autonomy right and decision rights of some significant family fairs are quite different in different non-agriculturalization levels family.Part of influencing factors. They contain individual factors, family factors, and social factors. If female own rich resources, and hold modern gender idea, they can be in the advantageous status in family. The rural families' new structure simplify the relationship of family member, which provide freely space for females decisions. The housing style, the productivity and the gender awareness influence the family status of rural female.Part of analysis in perspective of gender theory. Male is still at the dominant position in the family. They have decided advantage in family siganificant affairs. Female finish vast majority of housework at home.Part of suggestion. Give the advice of improving females' family status in perspective of "females' development". First, develop productivity. Second, cultivate advanced gender culture. Third, encourage females to participate in social production in the foundation of reliving females' family press. Forth, rich females' resources through education and training. Last, emphasize and make full evaluation the value of females and their social value.
