The Self-control founder mental research is developed rapidly in recent twenty and thirty years. The research has shown that the core of the students' learning ability is self-control. The following dissertation brings in meta-component in biology ability structure, and puts forward the ability of self-control in biology furthermore. In order to g(?)a(?)a(?)tee the high efficiency and success in biology learning, the students should think of the biological learning as their target, and they should plan, test, regulate, evaluate and introspect actively and positively, which can make them achieve the learning ability goals naturally. To carry out the research of self-control ability for the senior high school students in biological learning is very important in theory and in practice. The study theory provides an important scientific basis and promotes the examinee to study on own initiative, meanwhile, improves their learning qualities.The dissertation based on the detailed commentary on the situation of self control research from abroad and home, thinks that self-control ability in biology for the senior high school students consists of the following five aspects: planning, regulation, test, evaluation and introspection.Through the opening questionnaire and analysis of the surveyed result, the five aspects mentioned above have successfully been collected. It is proved that the practice is completely consistent with the theory.The dissertation has probed into the relationship between senior high school students' ability of self-control and their grade, sex and school record for the first time. The result has shown from the four aspects below.1. The biological self-control learning ability for seniors assumes the natural development condition and punishes the medium level at the same time.2. The overall standard of senior high school students' the biological self-control learning ability is not improved with their increased grade, but in an opposite direction.3. Senior high school students' the biological self-control learning ability is not related to their sex.4. The differences between the senior biology results and the biological self-control learning ability.â‘ The differences are incomplete.â‘¡They are different among the superiors, good and the improved.
