Burnout has attracted many researchers' attention in recent years. It is a stateincluding emotional exhaustion, depersonization and reduced personal accomplishment.A brief history of burnout research is reviewed. Then assumption was presented andidentified by SPSS on the basis of other researches. The result showed that:1. Role ambiguity, role conflict and job burnout were serious, and job satisfaction was normal.2. There were significant differences among role ambiguity, role conflict, job burnout and job satisfaction in elementary school teachers and middle school teachers. Comparatively, role ambiguity, role conflict, job burnout in elementary school teachers were lower, job satisfaction was higher.3. There were significant differences in job satisfaction and in job burnout between higher role ambiguity group and lower role ambiguity group, so was between higher and lower conflict group. The teachers in higher role ambiguity group had lower job satisfaction and higher burnout. So were in higher role conflict group.4. There was significant difference in burnout between higher and lower job satisfaction group. The teachers in higher job satisfaction group had lower burnout significantly than in lower job satisfaction.5. The negative relationship was existed among job ambiguity/job conflict and job satisfaction and its five aspects and existed between job ambiguity/job conflict and job burnout. And the positive relationship was existed among job burnout and job satisfaction and its five aspects.6. Role ambiguity was a very important predictive variant to job satisfaction7. Teaching job satisfaction, role conflict, role ambiguity and working environmental satisfaction were four important predictive variants to job burnout.
