In this research, 460 teachers in primary and secondary school are chosen for the study. Work-family Conflict Questionnaire for Primary and Secondary School Teacher,Teachers’ Job Burnout Questionnaire and The Subjective Well-being Scale for Chinese Citizens are adopted as measuring tools to learn the current situation among work-family conflict, jobburnout and subjective well-being among teachers in primary and secondary school, and to explore the relationship among the three variables as well as the influence of demographic variables to those. The results of this study show that the level of work-family conflict and subjective well-being of primary and secondary school teacher are higher than the average; the level of family-work conflict of primary and secondary school teacher is lower than the average; and the job burnout is moderate. The study discoveries that work-family conflict, jobburnout and subjective well-being among teachers in primary and secondary school are influenced by their gender, educational background, age, teaching experience, marital status, the time of exercise, whether they are as a teacher in charge and other factors. Among them,work-family conflict and job burnout have a significant difference in gender and teaching experience; family-work conflict only has a significant difference in gender;the demographic variables to the influence of subjective well-being do not reach the significant level. The study discoveries that work-family conflict(the aggregate score) and its two sub-components(both Work interference with family and Family interference with work) had remarkable negative correlations with subjective well-being, but that had significant positive correlations with job burnout(the aggregate score) and its three sub-components; subjective well-being had remarkable negative correlations with job burnout; The job burnout(the aggregate score) and its three sub-components played a partial-mediating role in the course of work-family conflict exerting influence on subjective well-being.The results of this study provide a new prospective and idea to solve the negative effect of work-family conflict to subjective well-being of primary and secondary school teacher.
