| Let wisdom return to education, awaken classroom teaching, and lead the way of teachers' professional growth. This sets higher requirements and greater expectations to teachers' professional competence. Fostering the teaching wisdom becomes the ideal and the prospect that teachers diligently pursue after in new time.This article uses research methods that combine theory and practice. On the basis of excavating teaching wisdom, observing teachers' actual classroom instruction carefully, interviewing wise teachers' growth courses, I have been trying to explore the stages of teaching wisdom's development and the influencing factors. And I have proposed some target-oriented strategies to foster the teaching wisdom. This research follows the structure of "the fundamental research - observation interview - strategy research", and its main body includes the following parts:Part One: The introduction proposes research background of this article. Through literature review, I have summarized the domestic and foreign related research achievements, and I have pointed out the insufficiency of the previous researches, and I have established the goals and the significance of this research.Part Two: Excavating the connotation and characteristics of teaching wisdom. By the literature review, through the analysis of wisdom, and using related theories on educational ecology, the perspective of a static analysis is put forward. The connotation of teaching wisdom includes the collaborative developments of teachers' teaching and student's studying and this is the theoretical support of the research.Part Three: Exploring the development stages of teaching wisdom and its influencing factors. By the method of inspection, to observe teacher's classroom teaching; by unifying the related researches existing, to summarize three stages and its performances of the teachers' teaching wisdom in the classroom; Using the way of interview, to carry on the depth interview with the wise teachers, and inquire about the subjective, objective factors that affect the teachers' cultivation of teaching wisdom. The analytical study indicates that subjective factors such as teacher's knowledge, ability, emotion, habits and so on, objective factors like school appraisal management, post training and school-based research,etc all affect the cultivation of teaching wisdom. Part Four: The strategies of how to cultivate teachers' teaching wisdom. According to the stages of teaching wisdom's development and the influencing factors, from two aspects of individual teacher and school administration, a target-oriented strategy which can help teachers foster the teaching wisdom is proposed. It includes independent study—the inexhaustible source of teaching wisdom, strengthening teachers' self-reflection—the main channel of cultivating teaching wisdom, setting up a learning community and an evaluation mechanism that keeps developing-.external conditions of cultivating teaching wisdom. |
