With the rapid development of the economy,the social environment is changing rapidly,and the division of labor is becoming more and more detailed.Enterprises require modern professionals to have a strong spirit of innovation and innovation,and put forward higher requirements for the knowledge and skills of front-line employees.Professional technical competence and professional competence should be distinguished from others.In2016,Premier Li Keqiang first proposed the "craftsmanship spirit" as a secondary vocational school that sends a large number of technical talents to enterprises.Putting the "craftsmanship spirit" on the agenda has become an inevitable trend for the development of vocational schools.While imparting knowledge and skills,secondary vocational schools should also strengthen the cultivation of students’ professional spirit and professional ethics.Based on the concepts of "secondary vocational students" and "craftsmanship spirit",this study takes three secondary vocational schools in Hefei as the research object,and conducts questionnaire surveys and interviews on the current status of "craftsmanship spirit" in secondary vocational schools.The students’ investigation of their own cognition,the "craftsmanship spirit",the school’s teaching model,and the talent cultivation plan were investigated.Through the analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire survey and the results of the interviews,it was found that the vocational school student’s awareness of "craftsmanship spirit" was lost in the secondary vocational students’ self-consciousness,the design of the vocational school students’ "craftsmanship spirit" was ignored,and the teaching content of vocational school The implantation of "craftsmanship spirit" and the lack of integration of "craftsmanship spirit" in teaching activities in secondary vocational schools.Aiming at the existing problems,try to improve the self-efficacy cultivated by the "craftsmanship spirit" of secondary vocational students,internalize the "craftsmanship spirit" to the needs of secondary vocational students,increase the curriculum of Chinese studies,strengthen student assessment indicators,and deepen school-enterprise cooperation and optimization.Talent training programs and other aspects provide corresponding countermeasures,with a view to providing reference for cultivating "craftsman spirit" in secondary vocational education.This research is divided into five parts: The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the background and significance of the research,related concepts and theoretical foundations,a review of the research literature,and expounds relevant research ideas and methods.The second chapter focuses on the design of the questionnaire and its reliability and validity.The third chapter mainly summarizes the influencing factors of "craftsman spirit" training in secondary vocational colleges based on the data processing of the questionnaire survey.The fourth chapter puts forward the optimization suggestions that can be more conducive to the cultivation of "craftsmanship" in secondary vocational colleges in view of the current situation and existing problems in the training of secondary vocational colleges.The fifth chapter explores the new design of talent training plan on the basis of suggestions for optimizing the training of "craftsman spirit" in secondary vocational schools.The last part is the conclusion.The author makes a research conclusion on the thesis,summarizes the shortcomings of this research,and makes a prospect for future study.
