The demands to the primary school teachers in the new curriculum reform are higher and higher. But, the intelligent teacher becomes the best choice for a primary school teacher. How to be a primary teacher who has teaching wisdom? This is related with the internal and external factors of the teaching wisdom. The teaching wisdom is welcomed by lots of writers in the field of technological research. Tian huisheng said: there was lack of teaching wisdom in the school and classroom. The teaching wisdom was a good quality; it presented a state, which was state of freedom, harmonious, open and creational. The teacher with teaching wisdom is called by the society, and the requirement of the new curriculum reform is that teacher has teaching wisdom. Therefore, it is so important to develop the teaching wisdom for teachers. There are internal and external factors which impact the development of teaching wisdom, after analyzing the literature, scholars have already researched many internal factors, and few external factors. In this paper, the external factors will be researched mainly.At the first, the author through referring to literature that are related with teaching wisdom analyzes the literatures to get the external factors:--the influence of school, the influence of traditional classical teaching system, the influence of education scientific research, the influence of teachers’ evaluation standard and assessment system--by the method of literature analysis from the theoretical level. The second, the author researches out the current external factors--teachers’ developing platform, teachers’ salary system, family, the guidance of social media, education reform and the utilitarian orientation education scientific research, social environment and teaching research culture, teachers’ evaluation and examination system--by the methods of the interview and the questionnaire survey in the education research from the practical level. At last, the author connects with the theoretical and practical researches by the method of induction, and thinks that the external factors which are able to impact the level of teaching wisdom are teachers’ developing platform, teachers’ salary system, family, the guidance of social media, education reform and the utilitarian orientation education, social environment and teaching research culture, teachers’ evaluation and examination system, the influence of traditional classical teaching system. And the author puts forward the following improving countermeasures: perfecting the management system of school, perfecting the teachers’ salary system, perfecting the teachers’ evaluation and examination system, playing a role for the guidance of public opinion very well. These improving countermeasures are able to improve the development of teachers’ teaching wisdom.The value of this study is aimed at providing theoretical and practical guidance for the primary school teachers to develop teaching wisdom by finding out external factors that impact the development of primary school teachers’ teaching wisdom and the functions of the external factors.This study still has the study space of further research: The external factors which impact the primary school teachers’ teaching wisdom are not comprehensive. The deep theoretical principles that are hidden behind the external factors have not been excavated one by one.
