As the knowledge updates fast, society needs teachers to grasp and make betteruse of knowledge to make innovations, and requires teachers to have teaching wisdom.Teachers’ teaching wisdom is the comprehensive ability for them to recognize, judge,and deal with the teaching problems creatively in teaching practice with the help oftheir knowledge, ability, experience, consider and action. Teachers’ teaching wisdommakes great sense to guarantee the class’s order, cultivate wise students and promoteteachers to make use of the teaching resources wisely. Besides, it can further promoteteachers’ professional development and lay a solid foundation for a lively class. Theformation of teachers’ teaching wisdom and the development of teachers’ professionare gradual processes, and both of them have teachers’ capability as the sameconnotation, teachers’ self-development as the same way, the birth of wise teachers asthe same ontology value, and cultivation of wise students as the same pursuit.According to the stages of the teachers’ professional development, there are certainstages for the formation of teachers’ teaching wisdom, and there is main formationstrategy for each stage. There should be teacher’s own effort and external continuoussupport from the embryonic stage, formation and promotion stage to maintain andupdate stage. Therefore, it is necessary to have research on the formation of teachers’teaching wisdom on the basis of teachers’ professional development.There are five parts in this thesis:The first part, introduction. It elucidates the reason why selecting this subject, theinnovation and difficulties of the research, research design, method, significance andthe literature review.The second part, the relative concepts. It illustrates the feathers of teachingwisdom, and also goes through the concepts of teachers’ professional development.Also, it differentiates and analyzes the relationship between teachers’ professionaldevelopment and teaching wisdom.The third part, The theoretical illustration of the formation of teachers’ teachingwisdom. Teaching wisdom pursues for reversion to education essence of cultivatingwise students, for urging the teachers on to have a lifelong learning and reflect inaction, for enhancing teachers’ sense of self-identity and professional happiness.Teaching wisdom consists of four elements, intellectuality, rationality, emotion andpractice. Besides, there is also the analysis on the influential factors of teachingwisdom’ formation. The fourth part, practice characterization of teachers’ teaching wisdom’sformation based on the cases of super teachers’ professional development. And thegrowth mechanism is got by the analysis on the cases of super teachers.The fifth part, the formation strategy on the basis of periodical growth.According to the analysis on the cases of super teachers, the thesis gives strategies forteachers’ teaching wisdom from the embryonic stage, formation and promotion stage,maintaining and updating stage.
