The knowledge sharing of university scientific research team is very immature and is blocked by many factors. Knowledge sharing need move in a frame of system, the system can promote us to actively share our knowledge with others, reduce cost of knowledge searching and exchanging, make knowledge flow freely and greatly in the organization. The construct of knowledge sharing system directly affect the results of knowledge sharing.On the basis of studying many theories about knowledge sharing and actual researching to the present situation to scientific research teams of a university in Dalian , this thesis amply researches the implementing system of knowledge sharing of the university by making use of SECI model, organizational learning theory and correlative incentive theories. This thesis constructs the inherent system mode of knowledge sharing from setting off personal explicit knowledge; personal tacit knowledge; team explicit knowledge; team tacit knowledge and puts forward sixteen kinds of sharing modes. This thesis studies the actual situation about knowledge sharing of university scientific research team of Dalian, it checks the initial questionnaire by adopting methods of CICT and Cronbach'sαcoefficient, deletes some items those don't fit for study, perfects the questionnaire, then moving the formal investigation. The investigation includes that university scientific research team members have knowledge sharing will, but this kind of will is still weak, the knowledge sharing of team is prevented from many aspects to teachers and students. The effect of team leader on knowledge sharing isn't very well. About the investigation of knowledge sharing incentive, there is great difference between the group of teachers and the group of students. The result is that the group of teachers pay more their attention to status; recognition; chance and project, while the group of students pay more their attention to more knowledge; sociality and interest. At present, mostly scientific research teams of university in Dalian have good trust environment, but the communication among members and learning culture of team are not so satisfactory. The investigating result about team aim is good, the protection that the teams to tacit knowledge of team members is very common. On the basis of above investigation and analysis, this thesis puts forward the strategies of promoting knowledge sharing of university scientific research team from four aspects, those are organization system, incentive system, evaluation system and culture system.
