The present education in vocational school in China tends to "scientific education" and "knowledge standard". The students can not get the real capacity or meet the demand to some positions under such an educational pattern, and most of them can not find a job. We must set a final goal for ability to positions and fix the ability according to the final goal; We plan our course, choice of textbooks and teaching plan according to improving the students' ability In order to realize the goal; we have to do some reform in vocational school. The reform in vocational school lies in pushing forward the teaching for ability which come from the need of ability to positions, so the study and analyze are the beginning of the reform and the key of success or failure.Through the study and research of American CBE model, Australian TAFE, English BTEC, German"double ways system" and the Course Reform Theory for Vocational Education by professor Dai shihong, the essay which takes the preschool teachers training as an example brings up the concrete methods which applies to the training system of ability to positions in vocational school. The essay manage to explore a training system which is suitable to develop ability to positions in vocational school to be ensure to realize the real professional education.
