A Discussion On Cultivating Practical Ability Of Vocational School Student

With era of the knowledge–based economy coming , society has raised a claim on talents demanded who has technical ability , vocational education are developing rapidly because of national policy, and which are cultivating large quantity superior technical talents, applied talents for development of modern society in management ,construction, manufacture, and service. But it is worried about the quality of the students according to every reference point, the problem is very obvious that the practical ability of vocational school graduates are rather poor. how to cultivate students who can not only beat their brains, but also do-it-yourselves, not only have plentiful theory, but also have practical ability for vocational school is urgent. So study on how to cultivate practical ability of vocational school student is an inevitable problem.This essay summarized concept of practical ability of vocational school student from theory angle, and concluded feature of that. The author designed a questionnaire survey which is about how to cultivate practical ability of vocational school student in order to know the situation of practical ability in vocational schools in China. Through analyzing the results of the survey to learn experience, and find the disadvantage, so as to improve the pertinence of solving the problem. On the basis of investigating, to propose a strategy about cultivating practical ability of vocational school student from practical angle, and to formulate how to strengthen the cultivation of practical ability on vocational school student in curriculum plan, classroom teaching mode, practice teaching link, teachers, feed back system, esc. It has great theoretical and practical meaning to instruct vocational school on how to cultivate practical ability of student.
