| Along with the progress of science and technology and the development of society, the society needs a large number of front-line production, construction, management, service and other application skills, the higher vocational colleges in our country is the important task of this education. Currently higher vocational graduates employment rate is relatively high, while the enterprise is still looking for high-quality, highly skilled personnel. The contradiction between supply and demand shows that the vocational colleges are not strong, and there is a certain gap between the demand of the society and the demand of the society. So the way to meet the needs of the enterprise is improving the students’ professional ability to. In this paper, we take the students’ professional ability training of the traditional Chinese medicine technology major as an example, studied on cultivating students’ professional ability. The author has studied the general situation of the development of vocational ability in China and abroad, and has obtained the theoretical knowledge and practical experience, and analyzed the practical significance of Vocational Students’ vocational ability training, and defined the relevant concepts. From the students’ employment position and post group of the main tasks, the national vocational skills appraisal and so on, the author analyzed the content of the professional ability of the students in traditional Chinese medicine technology major, and it is hoped to have some reference value for the cultivation of the professional ability of the students in the higher vocational college students. In order to understand the current situation of vocational ability training for students in higher vocational colleges, I designed a questionnaire on the status quo of vocational skills training for enterprises and students, finally puts forward the countermeasures of cultivating the ability of higher vocational traditional Chinese medicine technology professional career. |
