Through the ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign crisscrossing analysis and research on Chinese Higher Teacher Education, learning from the lessons and experiences in the process of its development, combining with China's specific national conditions, we should point out problems and deficiencies in our country since the founding of the division of China's high education fees system, learn from the lessons, provide countermeasures and suggestions for improving our Higher Education Tuition.
