The Research On Composition Of Routines And The Completion Quality Of China's Aerobic Gymnastics' Mixed Pair Event

Our aerobic gymnastics has stepped into the world for just 10 years,our team has been made unprecedented progress,and advanced into the ranks of strong country in the basis of fully understand the rules.But the mixed pair behind the others,and we can find the competitive level of our women is lower than men from the previous world competition.There is a wide gap between our women's projects(individual women and mixed pair) and the world's advanced level.The main reason is our aerobic gymnastics team is all men athletes(individual men,trio and groups) except our women's projects (individual women and mixed pair);this has constrained the development of women athletes,thus affecting the level of the mixed pair.This paper studied the top six teams of the 10^th Aerobic Gymnastics World Championships,by using the method of documentation,video analysis,expert interviews and mathematical statistics,In view of this structure of the our aerobic gymnastics team, the paper will have a detailed and thorough study on composition of routines from the rules of artistic evaluation,the execution and difficulty.To identify the strengths and weaknesses among the routines and the quality of execution,in order to improving the overall level of our country.The research shows that,1.China's mixed pair players as opposed to players from other countries;the execution of the routine is no less,but it behind others in artistic points and difficulty points.2.There is little difference between China's mixed pair players and the world's advanced level in the arrangement of the difficulty elements on the whole.But it has a little unbalance in element categories choices and distribution of the element categories in the routine,affecting the artistic of the routine.In the completion quality of the difficulty elements,it has 10.1 percent in completion of elements did not meet the minimum standards,have not been recognized by the judges,resulting in deductions.3.In diversity of the aerobic movement,the comparison gap does not exist between China's mixed pair players and the top five players,this shows that the diversity conformed the world aerobic gymnastics of the development trend,China's players should continue. 4.In diversity of the traveling traces,it has an obviously gap between China and the average of the top five players,the diversity of the traveling traces didn't enough.5.The Freshness and fluency of the connection between the movements has a little ineffective,the difficulty elements and aerobic movements,the ground connection to the standing of the transition,the connection appears stalled,lacks natural sense and the speed of the movement conversion is slow.6.There is no obvious gap between China's mixed pair and the top five the complexity of lifts in the performances,but the sudden effect of the movement is slightly poor for the judges and the audience's visual impact,there is a certain gap in the number and diversity of physical interaction.7.In the completion of inconsistencies in the routine performed,China's mixed pair performed inconsistent mainly on the rate and rhythm.8.The changes of AEROBIC GYMNASTICS Code of Points 2009 - 2012 tells us that the future trend of the aerobic gymnastics is toward high difficult,high competition, high art and high quality completion.
