Research On The Set Of Movements Of Aerobics In Competitive Aerobics

The World Aerobics Championship is one of the highest level events organized by the International Gymnastics Federation,representing the development of international aerobics.With the 14 th World Aerobics Championship finishing in 2016,China won two gold medals,3 silver and 1 bronze.Back in the past,China lost its title in the aerobic dance project and only came second in the competition.Since aerobic dance project was included in the world competition in 2011,Chinese team has come top many times,but in recent years the advantages in this item has declined.Comparing the competition results of the Chinese team,it is obvious that Chinese team failed to achieve high scores in the art aspect,whether they won or lost the game finally.Studying the current situation of sports teams in China,it is the programming of the dance that matters in order to obtain high scores in the art aspect.Based on the present situation,guided by the 2013-2016 edition of competitive aerobics scoring rules,the research studies documentary,interviews experts,observes videos,analyses data and statistics and compares them logically,mainly focusing on the performance of the eight teams in the final competition of the14 th World Aerobics Championship in 2016,namely the music selection,movements,degree of difficulty,the second style,the transition and linking sections,lifting and cooperation.The research also shows the key to high scores lies in the following aspects:1.lively music with a significant image;2.complex and varied innovative gymnasticalized action;3.the outstanding second style as well as the creative movements;4.the degrees of difficulty varying from simple repetition to brief and sophisticated innovation;5.the transition and linking actions' full function;6.more attention to the coordination and communication between players in lifting and cooperation action;7.the better team formation and area occupation;8.the higher standard of artistic evaluation.Through the analysis and summary of the characteristics of the worldwide best teams,some suggestions are given to put forward the choreography of the aerobics sports team in our country.Pay more attention to the cultivation of the athlete's music accomplishment.Strengthen the innovation of pace movements.Design new second style,creating and considering the change of movement rhythm and amplitude.Mark up the expression of beauty.Emphasize the closure of lifting section.Pay attention to the content and formation change.Aiming at boosting the promotion of aerobics projects of our country,the research provides reliable theoretical basis to ensure its leading position in the whole world,while looking forward to the dawn of the new championship.
